TK Western Apparel Return Policy

At TK Western Apparel, we want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we are here to help.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
Items showing signs of wear, damage, stains, odors, or alterations cannot be returned.
A 10% restocking fee will apply to all online returns.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Clearance or sale items
Gift cards
Custom or personalized products
Hats or accessories marked as final sale

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for size changes or defective items, based on product availability.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified regarding approval or denial of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

Contact TK Western Apparel within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and photos of the item.
We will work quickly to resolve the issue through a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as TK Western Apparel is not responsible for lost return packages.

Store Credit

Approved returns may be issued as store credit upon request.
Store credit does not expire and may be used on future purchases.

Holiday Returns

Items purchased between November 15 and December 24 may be returned through January 15.

Notes

TK Western Apparel reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet policy requirements.
Frequent return activity may be reviewed and limited at the company’s discretion.
By making a purchase with TK Western Apparel, customers agree to the terms of this return policy.
